This Privacy Policy explains how Prodezvolt SRL (hereinafter “BizSamurai”, “we”), registered in the Republic of Moldova, processes personal data on bizsamurai.me.
1. Data controller
Controller: Prodezvolt SRL, IDNO 1016600020206, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Privacy contact: ceo@bizsamurai.me.
2. What we collect
- Form data (contact, partnership, coaching): name, email, phone, message, language, IP, user-agent — to reply to your request.
- Payments (films): buyer email and transaction status from PayPal. We never receive card data.
- Technical data: error logs, CSP reports, Web Vitals metrics (anonymous, no PII).
3. Legal basis
We process data based on: (a) contract / request performance (forms, payments); (b) legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, logs); (c) consent — for optional cookies (e.g. analytics).
4. Cookies and storage
We use only strictly necessary and functional cookies / storage. Yandex.Metrika and any analytics tooling are disabled pending a cookie consent module. See our Cookie Policy.
5. Third parties
- Hosting / SSR: Cloudflare Workers.
- Database and authentication: Supabase (EU).
- Payments: PayPal.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- YouTube — when loading video on film / show pages.
6. Retention
Form submissions — up to 24 months. Technical logs — up to 90 days. Payment records — as required by accounting law (5 years).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact ceo@bizsamurai.me.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, HSTS, CSP, rate limiting, database RLS, and a secret vault. We follow industry best practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The current version is indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
