Pavel Sidorenco

Founder · Executive Producer

Founder and general producer of BizSamurai. Over twenty-five years in media, advertising and project development; owner of oohww.com and enot.md. General producer of feature film Turcanca. Author of the novel manuscript 'Prut. The Fault Line' — a cultural project about memory, borders and human stories connected to the historical consequences of the division of Europe in 1939–1941. Builds BizSamurai as an independent bilingual media platform: leads the Russian-language editorial line, produces interviews, reportage and documentary formats, and oversees strategic development and partnerships.

Since 2026, BizSamurai / Prodezvolt SRL participates in the European cultural exchange programme Creative Europe. The team is developing international cultural partnerships and projects connected to themes of memory, dialogue and cultural identity.

Responsible for the editorial independence of the platform: the choice of topics, protagonists and tone remains with the editorial team, independent of commercial and partner interests.

A personal experience of severe crisis and a near-fatal illness became the turning point that brought clarity to the project's philosophy: respect for a person's path, discipline, service to family, work and society. That is how the name BizSamurai was born — as a symbol not of an outer image, but of an inner core.

Moderator · analyst

Hosts Romanian-language and English-language programmes for BizSamurai: moderates interviews, prepares questions and manages guest negotiations. Background in HR, business training and public communication (AquaTrade, Moldcell, StarNet, Coca-Cola, AEGIS Group). Founder of RarePeople and the Talking Business conferences. Participant at international professional forums, including UNLEASH Conference (London, 2019). Brings structure, clarity and genuine attention to every editorial conversation.

Participates in BizSamurai's international cultural projects within the Creative Europe programme: leads Romanian-language communication, moderates public dialogue formats and represents the team in international professional settings.

Guarantees that Romanian-language and English-language programmes maintain the same editorial independence and respect for guests as the Russian-language line.

Ecaterina Sidorenco

Creative producer · editor · director of photography

The production core of BizSamurai. Creative producer and co-owner of the platform: leads the youth editorial line, works as camera operator and editor, and coordinates the full filming and post-production cycle. In 2024–2025 — assistant general producer of feature film Turcanca. Combines on-screen presence, editing instinct and hands-on field production work.

Participates in BizSamurai's international cultural projects within Creative Europe: responsible for production workflow, documentation and preparation of materials in international partnership formats.

Maintains editorial integrity in youth formats: conversations with young protagonists are built on respect, consent and without distortion of meaning through editing.

Stepan Frunze

Sound Engineer · Camera Operator

Sound engineer of the BizSamurai production team. Handles audio for all interviews and reportage: mixing, noise reduction, balance and atmosphere. Student and assistant of Sergei Kharklamov, one of Moldova's leading sound engineers. In 2024–2025 — assistant sound engineer on feature film Turcanca. The reliable technical backbone of the full production cycle from shoot to final mix.

Participates in BizSamurai's international cultural projects within Creative Europe: responsible for field technical documentation, recording, media archiving and technical workflow in international partnership formats.

Works with sound so that the voice and context of each protagonist are preserved honestly — without editorial distortion at any stage of production.
